The Knox Shamrock Fest & Lucky Kidney Run is a celebration hosted by the East Tennessee Kidney
Foundation (ETKF), a dedicated organization with a rich history of supporting kidney health in our
community. Since its founding in 2010, ETKF has been at the forefront in raising awareness and
providing lifesaving resources and support to those impacted by kidney disease in East Tennessee.
As we approach our 16th anniversary in 2026, we remain committed to making a difference in the
lives of those affected.
Immediately following the run, the Knox Shamrock Fest kicks off with a lively celebration of
St. Patrick’s Day. Attendees will enjoy a day filled with live music, delicious food and beverages, arts
and crafts vendors, and a dedicated kids’ zone. The festival is designed to bring the community
together for a day of fun and to further support the mission of ETKF.
As ETKF celebrates 16 years of impactful work, this event not only raises funds but also honors the
foundation’s ongoing commitment to improving kidney health and supporting those affected by
kidney disease. Join us in making a difference and celebrating our community.
