How It Works

  1. Complete the Donation Form below
  2. Gather Required Documents
    • Vehicles with titles: Signed title (“Signature of Sellers” and “Printed Names of Sellers”)
    • Boats, trailers, ATVs, etc.: Bill of Sale (call for a template)
    • If odometer is incorrect or unreadable: Odometer Discrepancy Statement (required by the State of TN)
  3. We Pick Up Your Vehicle
    Our local towing partner will contact you for pickup. You do not need to be present.
  4. Receive Your Tax Receipt
    After your vehicle is sold, you’ll receive a receipt for tax purposes.

Yes. Our deepest condolences—this gift will honor their memory and help local patients.

What if my vehicle isn’t running or looks bad?

We accept donations in any condition.

What happens to my donation?
